All you have to do is visit your local Brunet-affiliated pharmacy and advise the pharmacist that you would like to transfer your pharmaceutical file to Brunet. Return Policy (instore purchases)

General policy:

Most products can be exchanged or refunded at the Brunet where the purchase was made within 30 days (excluding final sales). The product must be returned suitable for resale in its original packaging and with the original receipt (paper or email).

Copyright on certain products:

For reasons related to copyright infringement, any book, CD, DVD, software or video game must be returned in its original and unopened packaging.

Refund:

Refund will be applied to the original method of payment or via a gift card. A valid photo ID may be required. In the case of payment by credit card, the refund must be made to the same card used for the purchase. A valid photo ID may be required.

Gift with purchase:

Accumulation of points

If you return a product for which you received base points upon purchase, these will be deducted from your account. In addition, if the returned product was given bonus points (promotional offers), these points will also be deducted from your account.

Payment with points

Points cannot be deposited into your account. The value of the payment with points will be refunded in the form of a Jean Coutu gift card.
